Equipped with entrance to living area with equipped kitchen, sofa and sofa bed, bathroom, 2nd floor with double bedroom, it can accommodate up to 3 guests. Air conditioning, unlimited Wifi, lift, towels and bed linens included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 300-350EUR/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
